Just curious. LOL before I “met” you, I thought “spice” when I heard Basil, now I think “hey lisa has a Basil” :)
Kelly a Metropolitan is a rank of Bishop. Here is a link with a definition and more explanation. Scroll down to where it says Eastern Orthodox Churches there it explains its meaning in the Hellenic (Greek) Orthodox Church.
