  • ~Nothing to blog about~

There isn’t anything exciting to blog about around here.  Unless you are interested in guitar lessons, dentist visits, chiro adjustments, eye exams, boy’s haircuts, potting plants, organizing bedrooms, hanging curtains, grocery shopping, baking spanakopita (spinach pie) and tiropita (cheese pie) – don’t ask for a recipe because I never measure anything- homework, spelling tests- all three boys got 100% this week, and that we are all  looking forward to going to the Rainforest Cafe in Niagara Falls, Canada tomorrow for a birthday party! That about sums up life right now.  With of course our regularly scheduled Greek School on Saturdays and Divine Liturgy and Sunday School on Sundays. Hope you and your families are well. We are alive and kicking and looking forward to snow this weekend- no school on Monday, so the boys are thrilled to have all day to play outside.

  • Ah the sweet life of a busy Mom! :goodjob:

  • oooo! i’d love the spanikopita recipe! it’s the one greek thing i make that my hubby eats (he’s so NOT a typical greek, LOL!)

  • well, yes, of course that’s the type of thing I AM interested in. Have you read my blog? LOL

  • ryc: see i just have such a hard time justifying $50 or so a month when $10 takes care of most of it, even if it’s “unnatural” LOL. We’ll see if I can get by with evening primrose oil. supermom vitamins and the occasional glass of wine or rescue remedy ( I find them remarkably similar LOL in therapeutic value). Hey, since RR is alcohol, is it acceptable for fasting? (Not that I am, just asking and I could see myself “using” it for that).

And is there a saint associated with depression issues? And I think you for your prayers!!

  • Did you see my entry yesterday about Tiropita . . .about how I could eat it until I blew up into a million bits and not feel bad about that . . . . .mmmmmm. . . .

  • Next blog entry…. that is what you get for saying you have nothing to blog about
    ROFL
