Me , photographing the children’s lunches, had Fr. wondering ( and imagine this in a Greek accent), “Are you going to take pictures of their luncheseveryday?” LOL!
Nice! What’s in the upper right corner of trhe lunches?
Thanks Tracy. Those are French green beans.
They sure are photo worthy lunch boxes!! I see you have roosters in your kitchen just like me!
For me, those first lunches of the year were always the best ones — they definitely deteriorated after a while LOL. Mid February lunches — not so pictureworthy.
Yes , Bonnie I am sure the novelty will wear off, real soon!:p
That sure looks better than the pb&j sandwiches and twinkies I used to take for lunch!!
yummy! I love the boxes too!
HA!!! Love your husbands question! It’s worth taking.again!! It looks great!
Just taking a look at one of the blog rings. You have a lovely family.
Where did you get those lunch boxes? They are very nice looking. –And lunch looks yummy!
What I wanna know is where did you get those cute boxes and containers? Those are just TOO CUTE… And btw, your boys look like they walked off a magazine cover in those 1st day of school outfits… What a wonderful family you have. I must tell you that while I have mentioned this B4, your blog has totally helped me to change my mind about Greek Orthodox Churches…. period. It’s hard to get into in a blog, but suffice it to say, it appears there is soooooooooooooooooooooooo much more to your life and faith than just ritual and icons and I am impressed with you.
Being Molded I am glad you appreciate my blog and my life has given you a better understanding of Orthodox Christians and Orthodoxy. I truly love being an Orthodox Christian. Living a life in Christ and serving Christ and His Church is our whole lives. The feast days, icons, Liturgy, worship, hymns, fasting , praying, icons, Scripture, etc… all these are just tools to help us grow deeper in our faith and love for Christ and his Church, icons and Liturgy go back to the days of the apostles and the early church. All of these things offer us the total package. Icons were merely pictures that told a story, long before the Bible, as we know it now, was written and compiled. If you ever have any question you would like to ask please feel free to ask on my board. http://www.orthodoxchurch.com
Thank you again for your loving words! I would love to hear how your brother came to the Orthodox Church. I find these stories so inspiring!
