~Curious baby~
(I just love this shot of her cute little body, even if it is in a miniature hospital gown.)

~Oblivious brothers, weary mother.~

~Happy baby, nervous mama~
(saying our goodbyes, for now.) |
|
~Sleepy baby~
(Together again after the endoscopy. Maria~Angelica was fussy when they handed her to me, but she soon found her thumb, settled down and fell back asleep.)

|

~Not so happy baby~
(I felt so badly for Maria~Angelica as she was coming out of that crazy state of being under a general anaesthetic.)
~Leery baby~
(I so love the eye contact here! And her little mouth. The nurses were all so sweet and gentle. )

Wow, is she ever sweet!!! Love the shot with Baba! May she continue to heal!
What a sweet baby! And so expressive… one can really see each emotion she went through during the day. Praying for your sweet girl! :heartbeat:
Poor baby  She looks like she took it well though. I love the first picture. She’s such an angel and again, Lisa, you’re *so* pretty.
Aww, the poor little thing and her mama. That must have been so hard. Thank God all is well. Such a beautiful family!!:heartbeat:
She’s just too cute! Love the expression in that first pic :heartbeat:
she is just precious, Lisa. :heartbeat:
one of my twins has been under a general — she did fine coming out (although she did, as we were warned, act drunk for the rest of the day lol) but she had an *awful* time at first – she fought going to sleep for well over half an hour. Ugh. not fun.
{{hugs}} to you both.
She is absolutely beautiful Lisa. :littlekiss: Praying that all is well.
:sunny: I love it when you post pics, even of such a day! You have the most beautiful family. I especially liked the picture of her snuggled on your shoulder; there is nothing better than having mama nearby.
Ohhh I so that this experience was waaaaaaay harder on you than on her. I have been there and My heart aches for you. What was she having an endoscopy done for? Perhaps I missed the post about that. Looks like she took it very well. And those nurses seemed so bubbly.
Maria~Angelica just shows such a beautiful countenance no matter what is going on!!! :sunny: The Lord certainly has something special for her life! My son Caleb had to have the IV thing like that to be put under full anesthesia for a cat scan and boy did he fight it. He was not a happy boy to say the least. It looks like Maria~Angelica lived up to her name!!! :goodjob: I hope you are feeling more at peace after such a day.
ryc: Everyone says that Chloe looks just like my pics from when I was little. She has a very similiar personality to me as well. I am anxious to see what she will look like and be as a young lady. Well, not too anxious as I don’t want her to grow up just yet!
I have to tell you, the picture you titled Happy Baby……..the first one. The smile on her face just touched my heart. That must be what the angels’ faces will look like when we get to heaven. May God continue to watch over her and bless her. His Spirit guided you to give her the perfect name.
She is so precious! I hope the tests turn out OK.
So glad all went well!
