• ~Memory Eternal!~

  We went back to our old parish today for a funeral. It was good to go back. We are exited to be moving on  but will miss those people we loved so much. Esther South was someone we really loved and who loved us. Please keep her sweet daughter Krista and her dear  husband Harlen in your prayers. They are good people that were so good to us during our 8 years serving Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church.  We are blessed to have known Esther.  May her memory be eternal!

  	In Loving Memory of Esther J. (Aldridge) South Apr 30, 1936 – May 25, 2007 Middletown, OH   South, Esther J., age 71, passed away May 25, 2007 at Middletown Regional Hospital.  She was born April 30, 1936 to Henderson and Florence (Kourges) Aldridge in Middletown, Ohio.  Esther was a member of Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church. Esther enjoyed traveling, crafts, her beloved pets, her many friends, her church and church family.  Her greatest joy in life was her family who treasured every moment with her. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gordon Pete Aldridge and sister, Marie A. Poorman. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Harlen M. South; daughter, Krista Marie South of Middletown, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and cousins and her dog Tessa. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 29, 2007 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home with Celebration of Life Service Wednesday May 30, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church with Rev. Dr. Christos B. Christakis officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodside Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 2500 Grand Ave.  Middletown, Ohio 45044
